Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
